I am a Team Coach and full-stack developer. I enjoy helping teams build better software by combining a strong technical foundation with a people-focused approach and a mindset of continuous improvement.
I currently work at Bilbomática, supporting a team at the Department of Social Rights of the Government of Navarre in the modernisation of legacy applications to .NET 10 and React.
Before moving into team leadership, I worked for five years as a full-stack developer for Clínica Universidad de Navarra, specialising in InterSystems IRIS for Health, .NET and React. That experience allows me to understand both technical challenges and the needs of the team and the business.
I enjoy working across different areas: facilitating Scrum ceremonies, defining requirements with the Product Owner, supporting technical analysis, designing interfaces in Figma, and helping with deployments whenever needed. My goal is to remove friction so the team can focus on delivering value.
